The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very roomy condo.

*2 Queen beds .

* Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Giant balcony with handsome pond view.

*Sheets and linens supplied.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Family Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are supplied for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary.

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Beautiful peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, striking landscaping. 10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

Car, taxi or Uber



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Must climb stairs.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my home rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
