4th floor Oceanfront condo says it all right? No - not all oceanfront condos are created equal. Our condo features an Ocean Front Master Bedroom with a King bed and sliding glass door so you can see the sunrise and the ocean right from the comfort of your bed.

This condo offers a King size bed in the master bedroom plus 2 additional-long Full size beds in the second bedroom, another King bed in the third bedroom plus a sleep couch in the living room to comfortably accommodate 6-10 guests.

You are allowed 2 parking spaces for a 3 Bedroom condo on this property.

You can also access the front balcony from the living room while gazing at the ocean and beach from the comfort of the living room, as well from the kitchen. The living room has been newly refreshed with a new sleeper, sizable screen TV and new floor. The kitchen has also been updated with new granite countertops and new stainless-steel refrigerator, stove and microwave oven.

Our condo is more like a home than your average beach hotel / condo. Guest(s) in the second bedroom also has its own TV and a private bath. If that doesn't separate this home from the pack how about 3rd bedroom with 2 additional full size beds with a Jack and Jill bathroom you can also lock-out from other guests or leave it accessible from the hallway. Plus we offer an in-unit washer and dryer with a secure parking garage attached to the building, so you never have to get wet in the rain. This might be better than being home! The resort includes Indoor and Outdoor pools, hot-tub a lazy river, splash area for the little ones plus a exercise center and lawn for calming. We are also just a couple mins.' drive to many of the most trendy activities and attractions the area has to offer.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras allowed within the private space of the property.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No family pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, events, or enormous gatherings.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the condo or using the conveniences, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a max. of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos, up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos and up to 10 guests in our 3-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In with the off-site manager using a valid matching government ID showing they are 25 or older. The manager will provide you with your room keys, pool passes and a parking pass if required. There is a max. of 2 parking passes for 2 and 3-bedroom condos on this property. Extra parking passes are not available. You must register your car(s) with the manager – make, model, color & license plate #. Please be sure to leave all parking passes and door access cards on the kitchen counter on your departure. Otherwise, the registered guest will be fined $250 per missing parking pass and $10 per missing door access card.

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, additional amenities, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day, year-round. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for off-season units for 90 days or longer from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

In order to keep our prices competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 6 adults/kids will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person which will be billed separately after booking which is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the beach. Broadway at the Beach and The Market Common are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Ripley's Aquarium.
