FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:
Q: 'Are there any hidden costs?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Do you provide beach chairs/umbrellas/beach towels”
A: We do not have facilities for these items. However, we are happy to make suggestions for places to rent these items if you ask us. (In Myrtle Beach, you can actually rent beach chairs and umbrellas right on the beach from the lifeguard stations.)
Q: 'Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an additional cost?'
A: NO - We don't like having to take bath towels and linens with us on vacation; and we really don't like deceptive pricing that requires us to rent things we NEED for sleeping for an added cost. So, we don't expect our guests to like those things either. BATH TOWELS AND LINENS ARE PROVIDED, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
Q: 'Is parking supplied?'
A: YES - Parking is complimentary for TWO car. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don’t write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: MAYBE - Pool arm bands are only required during peak season (May to September). During this time, you will receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be included with enough.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat our property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher before you leave. We don't expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but please be courteous by not leave a lot of trash or a giant mess for the cleaners. Remember that they often have a very modest amount of time to clean before the next guests arrive.
Q: 'Do you allow family pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Animals are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept modest dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry - Smoking is stringently forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty modest appliance you enjoy, please feel complimentary to bring it along.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located inside, next to, and behind the oceanfront building), but not the waterpark between the building and Ocean Blvd. and not the fun zone areas. Both of these facilities are operated by the on-site hotel management, and their guests are charged a resort fee. We are also unable to buy into any access to these places.
The Neighborhood:
We appreciate this neighborhood just North of the modren "Golden Mile" residential area. It is still Ocean Blvd., but it is out of the crazy traffic of the South end. It is still close to everything and walkable to eateries, grocery stores, shopping, and Cane Patch golf. There is even a Starbucks a few blocks away. This neighborhood is just a bit more cozy than the other areas of Ocean Blvd with tree-lined streets, uncrowded sidewalks, and an oceanfront exercise walk. In our opinions, it is the ideal combination of resort (with tons of amenities) and calming vacation.
About the Area
Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the beach. Apache Pier and Cherry Grove Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium are not to be missed. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like horse riding.

How to find the best Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
Get the most from your budget:
- Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To get the best value, try shifting your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Booking websites often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great articles, visitors guide magazines have deals for nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.
Filter your rental search:
- Start by selecting trip dates and a max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Charming Beach View 3BR,King,Pool,FREE Tickets,B152 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is almost always accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, contact the property owner before reserving your home. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches.
- If your family is traveling with pets, you'll need to search for a pet-friendly vacation rental. Get information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Note that some property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach destination you love, look for properties that are either near by, or those that cater to your desires.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available before booking
More considerations:
- Add the owner's information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, stereo or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent a lot of problems.
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would at home.
- To make sure damages are not linked to your family's visit, make note of any problem areas upon your arrival. Contact the rental manager right away to document any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be an incredible resource to find the best local beaches and restaurants.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your group have a excellent time? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
