The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 21st floor oceanfront studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This oceanfront condo is completely furnished with 1 queen size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This studio offers countless vistas of the Atlantic Ocean!

As of Spring 2023, this unit has been completely modernized and features some amazing updates! Some of those include, new paint throughout, new floor, new kitchen cabinets, tile backsplash, striking granite countertops, and new, beachy decor! This unit feels so nice and clean and will be ready for your next vacation to Myrtle Beach!

The kitchen is very roomy and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and units. Very few studios offer an upsized kitchen like this condo and other units here at the Palace. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker. The backsplash is new as of 2023 and compliments the new cabinetry and countertops exceptionally well! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options; many of which are within walking distance or a short ride from The Palace. Many of these eateries offer delivery, and food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very fashionable in the area as well.

The main living space is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch or accent chair and appreciate endless vistas of the ocean! The couch converts to a queen-size bed. Guests will be able to sit at the modest table and savor a meal or a cup of coffee. The queen bed has windows all around it, wake up and see the ocean! There is enough space to accommodate 4 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are handsome.

The full-size bathroom is located to the left when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A Walmart just opened around the corner in 2020, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.

We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

****** Please note that affective from now 10/02 through further notice the modest indoor spa is closed for renovations, but the pools are open!*********

Tips and Tricks to get the optimal Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:

When to visit & When to book:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitor guide magazines have money saving offers on nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

Use filters to search efficiently:

  • Choose your dates and budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. Updated Oceanfront Queen Suite~The Palace 2102 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is normally available online. If you don't see them listed, contact the property management company before you book the home. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to determine what is suitable for your vacation group.
  • If there's a particular Myrtle Beach destination you are crazy about, look for properties that are either close by, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking
  • Some rental properties allow pets, and some don't. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask your host about pet restrictions before booking.

Tips for your stay:

  • Put the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Upon check-in, document any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors disrupting your peace. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and places you would have not otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let crooks ruin your vacation.
  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Many rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
