The space
Great huge roomy balcony on the 6th floor with bar table and stools and 2 high seating Adirondack chairs
Ocean Reef is one of the top resorts in the area in one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach off 71st ave N. Ocean Reef has an indoor water park thats enclosed in winter and open in summer , lazy river, 5 hot tubs, many pools, and a seasonal kids waterpark. Ocean Reef has an handsome outdoor bar and a breakfast buffet restaurant along with a sizable arcade
Rental Rules and Regulations
1) Must be at least 21 years of age to book.
2)Check in 4pm
3) Check out 10am
4). Approx 8 towel sets.. Linens for all beds(beds are completely made also), As we all know , vrbo units(private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8 towels sets instead of most units on here as most only offer 2 sets per bed.
5) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No home events.
