Located conveniently just steps from the beach, you can savor leisurely walks and swim in the pools. There are plenty of eateries close by. We are just a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's trendy attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping areas are also just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located near the airport and offers simple access to taxi services, Uber, and rental cars.



Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your own home, and be careful not to damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7.



NOTE:



The garage will undergo pressure washing of the walls and floors, as well as re-striping, beginning Sunday, April 12, 2026. (Car will be Towed) We anticipate the garage will be open and ready for use by lunchtime on Friday, April 17th. During this time, you may utilize the garage across the street by the lobby.
