The Space:
As you enter through the front screened door, you will find a cavernous Primary Bedroom with a king sized bed, 45" Roku TV and private en suite bath. Continue down the hallway to the open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living spaces where you will find brand new stainless appliances, a completely outfitted kitchen and seating for 6. The living room has a charming sky light and cathedral ceiling, sizable screen tv, massive sectional couch that will fit all 6 guests comfortably (yes we mean it). Step outside onto the covered patio overlooking the pool and savor your morning coffee or evening Happy Hour and feel the anxiety melt away. Upstairs, you will find a very enormous loft with spacious walk in closet, private en suite bath, queen bed, twin bunk beds and an additional trundle bed in case you need it for that last min. additional family member.

Guest Access:
You will have the whole condo to yourself with shared access to the pool with other guests and homeowners.

The Neighborhood:
Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Golf Colony at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with simple access to eateries, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 mins. drive. Some of our favorite eateries like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. The world famed Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about 15 mins. south and there are additional eateries and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can walk the nighttime away with the whole family. Getting Around:
A rental car is recommended. For a more fun vacation, gas powered golf carts are allowed on site and there is a direct route to the beach through the neighborhood.

Check out King of Carts of Surfside or A-Jax and you can get one delivered to the location!

Other Things to Note:
One dedicated parking space is available in front of condo. There is an overflow lot across the street and next to the Tennis courts for any additional car.
