• Property is in the center of "restaurant row" - tons of choices within 1-2 miles.
• During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down.
• The indoor pools are heated in the Fall and early Winter.
• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be supplied as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.
