Slide open the doors to your private oceanfront balcony, ideal for morning coffee, sunset vistas, and listening to the waves roll in.

• Second bedroom with two twin beds — ideal for kids or additional guests

- Other things to note:
1. Only one parking pass is available (no cost). There are close by tons that allow additional cars to park overnight. We have no affiliation with those tons.
2. This condo is on the 3rd floor, which gives a handsome ocean view but is accessible via steps only.
3. No family pets are allowed via HOA. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a $250 fee.
4. These condos do not have w/d in the unit but there are facilities in the building that accepts coin and app pay.
5. The condo sleeps a max of 6 guests comfortably.

As a family owned condo we appreciate to cater to other families. We have a highchair, infant tub, pack & play (with sheets) and infant diningware available upon request. We also have swim towels available upon request, if needed. Beach toys & a modest cooler is available in the master bedroom closet for your use, along with some beach chairs (2-3 chairs)
