This unit is located in the best building in the community, with no building to the side of you offering a calming and peaceful place to spend your vacation. The pool is conveniently located directly behind the building. There are a total of 7 pools on the property that you can go to. Only 2 miles from the beach.

1500 square foot second floor corner unit with 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms . One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two offers 2 twin beds in each. LVP Wood floor throughout the living and dining room, all rooms freshly painted, and cabinets refinished.

Ideal location for everybody! Minutes from golf courses, shopping, dining, and beaches. A fast hop over to Broadway at the Beach, you can see Myrtlewood Golf Course from the balcony of the unit.

We are local to Myrtle Beach and are available for anything that may come up during your stay. The Property Manager also lives in the same community and can be effortlessly contacted if you have any immediate needs.

This condo is located in Central Myrtle Beach, a neighborhood in Myrtle Beach, and is near theme parks and near the beach.
