This 3bed, 2.5bath raised beach style home is ideal for your next golf outing, girls weekend, or quality time with the family. Close to MB Attractions you want to discover but secluded from the hustle & bustle of tourism; a space to catch your breath & be together!
You will have private access the second and third floors of the home. You'll also have full access to the fenced in backyard and all porches. There is no access to the rooms on the ground level. One side contains our apartment, we are on site, so we can usually assist you with anything you need at a moment's notice. Although you may see us in the driveway, or at the mailbox we are usually at work or laying low and assure you 100% privacy.
Note that there is no river access, we do not own the lot across the street, so please don't venture over there, but the view from our property is complimentary! There is a public boat launch 1.5 miles away, so bring your boat or jet ski! Just let us know beforehand so we can have a place ready for you to park your trailer.
***SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN INSIDE THE HOME***
It is difficult and expensive to remove smoking odors, especially if we have a fast turn around between guests. If we need to have the home treated due to smoking there will be a minimum $250 charge. While we prefer no smoking on the property at all, if you definitely must, please use the back porch.
