Make your beach vacation a breeze at this freshly modernized Carolinian Beach Resort condo. With great amenities inside and out, you'll never want to leave!

As part of your reservation, you’ll savor access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will appreciate complimentary Blockbuster units during your stay.

All Oceana Resorts guests receive complimentary play before 7 p.m. for all members of their event. Lost Mine Miniature Golf is located downtown near numerous of our other properties. This course is open seasonally from March through October. All Oceana Resorts guests are supplied with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one complimentary ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the complimentary tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Kids's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

Things to Know
The spa and hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a new 10-seat spa/hot tub. As such, the current spa and hot tub will be unavailable until fall 2024. Guests may use Bluegreen Resort's spa and hot tub complimentary of charge during this upgrade.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is in the city center and on the beach. Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and Family Kingdom Amusement Park.   • Summer time is high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the best value, change your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • The earlier you can book, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Protect your property!
  • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
