Make your beach vacation a breeze at this Carolinian Beach Resort condo. With great amenities inside and out, you'll never want to leave!

As part of your reservation, you’ll savor access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will appreciate complimentary Blockbuster units during your stay.

All Oceana Resorts guests receive complimentary play before 7 p.m. for all members of their event. Lost Mine Miniature Golf is located downtown near numerous of our other properties. This course is open seasonally from March through October. All Oceana Resorts guests are included with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one complimentary ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the complimentary tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Kids's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

Things to Know
The spa and hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a new 10-seat spa/hot tub. As such, the current spa and hot tub will be unavailable until fall 2024. Guests may use Bluegreen Resort's spa and hot tub complimentary of charge during this upgrade.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is in the city center and on the beach. Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Myrtle Beach State Park and Garden City Beach. Ripley's Aquarium and Family Kingdom Amusement Park are not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • June, July, and August are high season in Myrtle Beach. Booking your Myrtle Beach vacation home in Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
