This unit (Unit B) is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1050 sq ft, sleeping up to 6 people in 1 king bed, 1 queen bed an 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed. This unit features a completely equipped kitchen, strong WiFi, 3 Intelligent Roku TVs, private deck, in-unit laundry, covered parking and central AC/Heat.

Property Features: 1.050 sq ft, high speed internet, intelligent TVs in living room and both bedrooms (no cable but ability to log into your streaming services), central AC/Heat, private deck, entirely equipped kitchen with all major appliances and cookware, drip coffe maker, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower tub and 1 with stand up shower), in-unit laundry, clean linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied for all guests, kitchen table and covered garage parking (1 dedicate parking spot + 1 first-come-first served parking spot).
This unit is located on top floor (3rd level), up 2 sets of stairs, and is a single-level condo. Parking rules: You may not have more than 2 cars. No motorbikes are allowed to park on premise. No trailers or RVs are allowed to park on premise. The association will tow anyone who breaks these parking rules at the expense of the car owners.
Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking additional care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, fan and lamp chains, thermostats, etc). Important: Beach chairs and beach towels are not included. No smoking,vaping or drugs allowed. No family pets allowed. No events, events or sizable gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book.
We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a intelligent home device that measure volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but accepts us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privicy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
