2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very roomy condo. 1 Queen bed, 1 king and 1 pullout couch in the living room. Washer/dryer available in unit.

Enormous balcony with handsome pool view.
Sheets and linens supplied. Free WiFi and cable TV.
*Family Animals are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are included for showers only.

Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
* No mailbox for this location.
*Pool access with code, bracelets and key fob. Any missing fob will be accompanied by $100 fee and bracelet by $20
* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Handsome peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, handsome landscaping. Only few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, tons of eateries, outlets and nighttime clubs.
10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.
