This adorable 2 Bed/2 Bath home is located in the award-winning Ocean Lakes Community. INCLUDES GOLF CART!! This community has beach access and tons of amenities! Sleeps 5 people (up to 2 adults). Unwind on the front porch, which has a roll-out awning for shade. Savor cookouts with the gas grille supplied. Queen Bed in Main bedroom, with attached bathroom. 2nd Bedroom has two beds ideal for kids and teens. Living Room has a pull-Out Twin Bed. Main bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Enough Parking for 2 cars on the property. Parking passes are required.

No in-home laundry, but you have access to the Ocean Lakes laundry

**Guest Agreement signature required within 24 hours of booking
**Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/nighttime). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking costs are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
**Golf Cart use is for licensed drivers Age 21+ - Must sign golf cart waiver and upload drivers license for any potential drivers prior to arrival
**MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the home. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
