The Space:
Your next vacation spot? Myrtle Beach Resort! This unit is on the first floor (ramp accessible) - it will only take a few mins. to walk to the beach. The resort has amenities galore - which include outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, basketball court, tennis courts, playground and more!

Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is ideal for a couple or modest family beach getaway.

Parking: THERE IS A $5 FEE PER DAY PER VEHICLE AT THE SECURITY GATE TO PARK IN THE RESORT. This fee is payable as the guest enters the gate on the first day of their stay by credit/debit card ONLY. For extended stay, the cost is $50 per month from April through September, and $30 per month from October through March. You may also reserve and pay for parking online in advance—the resort’s prepaid parking website is now live and ready for use for your convenience!
Painless access private parking lot with secured entry. Motorcycles are allowed, however, they must be parked in a certain parking lot on the premises. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, RVs or boats in the parking lot.
Entry: 1st floor - ramp accessible. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Totally supplied kitchen Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans. Other amenities include coffee machine and cooking spices.

Family room: Cavernous! Access to the balcony via sliding glass doors. Peak of the ocean!

Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Attached bathroom.

Bathroom 1: Full bathtub and shower.

Bedroom 2: Double & twin in bunk style!

Bathroom 2: Full bathtub and shower in the hallway.

Balcony: Very cavernous (elongated!) and private balcony with partial oceanviews.

Beach: Walk a few mins. through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines available in the complex.

Getting Around:
Guests can walk anywhere on the resort (beach, amenities, etc.). The complex has simple access parking or else guests can walk to the front gate and catch an uber/taxi.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, tennis courts, hot tubs, parking tons, grounds, etc.
Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens on the third Wednesday of every other month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.

Painting of the building interior will begin the week of February 19th and will take roughly four weeks to complete.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. To get the best value, shift your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to propel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your review find their best rental home. Be fair with your review.
