This calming coastal getaway offers access to indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts, all just a short walk from the beach. Located less than half a mile from the ocean with convenient sidewalk access, Dunes Pointe provides a peaceful escape while keeping you close to the best of Myrtle Beach.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



Parking: Simple access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: 1st floor unit! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Totally outfitted - includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Roomy area!



Bedroom 1: Patio access! 1 queen bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Two queen beds.



Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.



Patio: Cavernous!



Pool/hot tubs/amenities: The complex has an indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor swimming pool - all while being just a short walk to the beach.



Beach: Walk out of the community and turn right, towards the ocean.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private in condo.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex.

Painless access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Max guest count is 6.



No family pets allowed.



Routine Pest Control happens every month on the 3rd Wednesday. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not supplied, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
