Our home is located at A Place at the Beach I, which is directly on the oceanfront.  Watch the passersby on the beach and the waves crashing to shore from your private balcony.  When you`re ready for some sun, our convenient beach access and outdoor pool deck are ready for you!  Take a walk next door to Ocean Annie`s for some live music and River City Cafe on the oceanfront, with the best burgers in town!

Coupled with an extraordinary location is our amazing home.  With new upgrades including a refreshed bathroom, hard floor, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and ocean view balcony, you can have a memorable vacation in style and comfort.  Stay connected with your favorite shows on our flat screen TVs, and savor complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Getting Around:
Top rated location and complimentary parking on site for 2 cars. Additional cars are not allowed due to building rules and space constraints.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and economical with attractions, eateries, shopping, and more less than 5 mins. away.

CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.

House Rules:

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Smoking is only allowed in the rear parking lot by the picnic tables. No smoking on balconies or by pool.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. No motorbikes, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or campers allowed.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
7. No Animals Accepted (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
8. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
