Welcome to your extravagant beach vacation at the Sand Dunes Resort! This newly refreshed, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the 11th floor and can accommodate up to 10 people. The condo has a entirely equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and offers gorgeous vistas of the beach and ocean. Savor the resort's oceanfront pool deck with palm trees, a lazy river, and a kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall. There's also an indoor pool and hot tub.

Important notes:
- Sand Dunes North Tower Roof Replacement Project will be from February 6 - March 1, 2025. Resort will have some road or walkways closures around the property. They will be onsite Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:30am-6:00pm and potentially on some weekends. Please be aware that there will be noise during the day while resort is working on this project.

- This condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river located behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

- Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.

NOTE: Outdoor Pool Water Feature Fixture Painting - Temporary Pool Closure

-the outdoor pool along with the modest kiddie pool will be closed beginning on Monday, April 28th and the huge pool will open back up again on Thursday, May 1st, once the pool is open the water features as well as the kiddie pool will remain off until Monday, May 5th to allow for the full 7 day cure time.
