Renovated for the 2023 season. We have modernized this unit with all new interior doors, new HVAC system, and new big screen TV’s in master bedroom and living area. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean and walk out on the beach, or relax by the pool. Fantastic location close to Tanger outlet mall, golf courses, eateries, etc. Covered parking, tennis courts, and security. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need to relax and savor your vacation. Within walking distance to the Apache Pier for fishing. Finest constructed building on the Grandiose Strand, family aligned.
Absolutely No Animals, Motorcycles, Boats or Trailers allowed.
If you decide to show up with any of these restricted items you will be asked to leave, and forfeit your rental payment. Arcadian I HOA has now implemented a parking fee in addition to any costs you will see here as these charges are not under our control. Arcadian is now charging $10 per day and that is paid to them when you arrive and ask for the parking permit.
