Stay at Atlantica Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach. This one-bedroom ocean-view condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a king bed and queen bed.

Appreciate a completely outfitted kitchen, comfortable living space, and a private balcony with gorgeous ocean vistas.

Guests also have access to resort amenities including indoor and outdoor heated pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, and direct beach access—ideal for a calming beach hideaway. ????☀️

Beach replenishment will be EXPECTED to finish by the second week of July. This is a city project and we have no control over this. We were not aware of when it began and had no notice in advance. But they did let us know its expected end date.

• Parking tons are located on Withers Street (parallel to Ocean Blvd.) and one street over/cross from the resort.

Parking right in front of Atlantica Resort on the empty lot WILL RESULT IN TOWING.

Things to know
• Please note: Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a incredible stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

200mbs/20mbs - Per unit
• In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an additional $25/per item for replacement.
• The indoor pool is located at the main tower
• Any unreturned pool passes and parking pass results in a fine; please return them where they were found.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorbikes, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/home as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/home and/or linens.
• NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking tons.
• Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House events and illegal substances are stringently prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
