It is comfortable for a family of 4 but can accommodate up to 6 people. (ALL NEW LINENS)

The air conditioning unit completely replaced April 2017 and cools extremely well and is very comfortable. In the living room area there is a brand new 60" 4K High Def Flat Screen Intelligent TV. The balcony has been updated with a new railing with four tall chairs and two tables.
