With a king bed in the primary and sleeper couch in the living room, an open floor plan ideal for mingling, you can appreciate catching up and calming amongst all the sun and fun!  Watch the waves roll in from your balcony and savor a cold beverage and home cooked meal after a great day at the beach.  The completely equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit are just another great feature of our beach villa.

**Important to know**
* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No family pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the 12th floor.
*All indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorbikes, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Washer/dryer located in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap supplied.
*Two parking passes supplied in unit. No additional passes will be included.
*Drip coffee maker supplied in unit.
*Units one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
*Carolinian Beach Resort parking garage was designed for modest to moderate sized cars and contains some compact turns. Oversized car parking is extremely limited and is available on a first-come first-served basis only.

Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

Fantastic central location close to downtown, Broadway at the Beach, Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, the Boardwalk & the most trendy attractions, shopping, golf, nightlife, and family entertainment.The Carolinian consistently ranks among the most fun and family friendly resorts on the beach and offers something for everybody. From modern amenities lazy river and pretty pool deck to the hot tub and kiddie pool, there is something for everybody.  Just outside the resort is the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, dozens of stores, oceanfront eateries & bars.

Getting Around:
Eateries and more in walking distance and close to downtown. Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, eateries, shopping, and more less than 5 mins. away.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
