This one bedroom, Direct Oceanfront condo is located at the Caravelle Resort on the 15th floor. Great balcony vistas including King bed in the master with a Queen sleeper couch in the living area. Totally outfitted kitchen, and plenty of space to relax. The facility has a heated outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, dedicated kiddie pool and lazy river. There is a exercise facility and convenience store on the premises.

HIGH TOP SITTING BALCONY FURNITURE OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN AND CITY WITH 50" TV, CUSTOM FURNITURE WITH QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. GORGEOUS UPDATED KITCHEN WITH STAINLESS APPLIANCES.. YOU CAN ALSO VIEW THE OCEAN WHILE COOKING IN THIS UNIT. THIS UNIT IS LIKE NO OTHER AT THE CARAVELLE.

Parking Passes are included which is complimentary. All linens are towels are supplied (beds are entirely made also) a starter kit including, roll of toilet tissue, paper towels, Kleenex, coffee starter kit etc. As we all know ,private units do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange. Guests will have full access to the onsite Tiki bar (Marco Polo Parlor) and freshly opened up RJ's restaurant. The Due South Sports bar located at the Grandiose Cayman Resort is also available for use.

AS FOR CARAVELLE RESORT. AS SOON AS YOU WALK ONSITE YOU WILL NOTICE THE LOVELY CARIBBEAN THEME IT HAS GOING ON WITH THE REGGAE MUSIC AND ALL THE COLORS .. IT IS ON THE QUIETER END OF THE BEACH, FIRST HIGH RISE ON THE BEACH IS NOT CRAZY AND CROWDED LIKE SOME AREAS. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THAT THE OVERCROWDED RESORTS HAVE LIKE AN INDOOR WATER PARK THAT INCLUDES A POOL, LAZY RIVER WITH FLOATS, KIDS POOL, AND HOT TUB. THE OUTSIDE INCLUDES BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING, 2 HUGE DECKS WALKING ON TO BEACH, LARGE HEATED OUTDOOR POOL WITH LAY OUT AREA, HOT TUB, BEAN BAG TOSS, KIDS PLAY AREA, PING PONG TABLES AND MORE(BREAKFAST NOT PROVIDED)

WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME

1)I DO NOT charge credit card costs like most on here – The Payment system charges us 3% every booking. Most owners direct that back to guest but I eat that myself

2) I DO NOT charge any silly administration or booking costs like most on here – Sneaky way of owners charging guest more money… I do not operate like that.

3)I DO NOT charge any silly damage waiver costs like most on here – Once again a sneaky way for owners to get more money…I don’t do that.

4) I have had the same housekeeper since the beginning for my guest… My actual cost for this service has rose over the past few years due to the demand and economy rising but yet I kept the same price for my guests as it cost me much more. On top of that I offer more towels then most units so once again I eat that difference in cost.

5) I have the minimum set up for returnable damage deposit at only $100 dollars which is refunded within 7 days of checkout. I have seen a lot of owners have it from $300-$500 and even more. Who wants to fork out that much money just to be held until check out, not me and of course I wouldn’t ask you to do that either.

Long story short: there is no one wants to go to book a unit and see like 10 different random charges so I try to keep it simple as can be. (Vacation Rental By Owner charges service fee which I have no control over)

3).Parking Passes are supplied... 8 towel sets , Linens for all beds(beds are completely made also). As we all know , Vacation Rental By Owner units(private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange.

4) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No home events.
