Located in the highly sought after and opulent Margate Tower it provides a impressive, unobstructed 60 mile view up and down the coast. Wake up each day to the sun rising over the horizon while appreciating your morning coffee on the sizable wraparound porch and wind down in the evening while gazing at a beautiful sunset and sipping your favorite drink. Please Note:
Guests of our Vacation Units can appreciate the heated bi-level pool and hot tub at Margate Tower (year-round). However, the resort exercise center facilities, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools located throughout Kingston Plantation are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-nighttime reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-nighttime minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day.

HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay.

Additionally, smoking is NOT allowed inside the condo or out on the balcony. Family Animals are not allowed at any time.

This resort does not offer motorcycle or trailer parking.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the beach. Apache Pier and Cherry Grove Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Ripley's Aquarium and Family Kingdom Amusement Park are not to be missed.
