Pretty direct oceanfront condo in Atlantica resort located in the downtown of myrtle beach. This unique condo features a sizable NEW upgraded and entirely equipped kitchen with a granite countertop, a enormous living area and two big bedrooms each with a private bath and a flat TV. You'll appreciate the striking unobstructed beach and ocean vistas from the oversize balcony. Savor your morning coffee as you watch a spectacular sunrise over the blue Atlantic. This condo has everything a visiting family needs including a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, the guest bedroom has 1 queen-size bed and 1 full size bed. The living room has a queen size air bed. The kitchen is completely equipped with additional appliances, blender, coffee pot, toaster, and service for eight guests.

The living room contains a queen size sleeper couch, a single-size couch, table with 6 chairs, FLAT SCREEN HD TV plus hi speed wireless internet connection right in the unit. Lots of linen and towels, service for 8, and everything you could want for a great vacation! The cavernous balcony has a table and 2 chairs, is Oceanfront and THE VIEW IS INCREDIBLE! They are ideal for dolphin watching with your morning coffee.

ALL RESORT AMENITIES ARE PROVIDED: Conveniences on site include an enclosed indoor heated pool, a outdoor pool, a lazy river, kiddie pool, outer door and indoor huge whirl spas, and an indoor cascading 10 foot waterfall. All are heated and enclosed in the winter (Nov-May approx.) for year round enjoyment. Next door to the indoor amenities is our one of a kind Atlantica Beach Club. The Beach Club features two meeting areas for modest groups and separate private Men and Women lockers with showers and bathrooms. Ideal for early arrivals and/or additional time at the beach before changing clothes on your trip back home.

Atlantica Resort is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. It is just few blocks (few mins. walking distance) to the charming downtown - the new Beach Broadwalk, the Market Commons, the great sky wheel and the pier. It's only half mile to the Family Kingdom, and water park. It is about one mile to the Broadway, shopping mall, movie theater, golf course and airport. The Atlantica Resort phase 3 is relatively new in this area since it was opened in 2005. This resort has been a favorite Myrtle Beach vacation destination for many, many years.

We also have multiple direct oceanfront 2-bedroom condos in this resort, multiple 2 and 3-bedroom cottages in a very peaceful new neighborhood. They were constructed in 2013 and only 1 block to the beach. They can host 8 to 10 guests each. We also have few direct oceanfront 1-bedroom condos in other Resorts. Please let me know if you are interested in these properties.
Please contact the owner before you book if you have service animal. $300 returnable deposit will be required to cover the deep cleaning cost if the service animals make the property messy and smelly.

About the Area

This condo is located in Myrtle Beach. Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and Family Kingdom Amusement Park. Chapin Memorial Park and Myrtle Beach Sling Shot are also worth visiting.
