Entering the Condo you’ll find:

The Kitchen, with all Stainless Steel Appliances, a Coffee Maker with a constructed in Keurig drink dispenser, a 4 Slice Toaster, a Knife Block, a Stoneware crock stuffed full of cooking silverware.
It’s a well outfitted kitchen, with place settings for 12. You can make a Simple Breakfast, to a Full Size Meal.
You’ll find all the pots, and pans, dishes, plenty of serving bowls and Plates, all kinds of Bakeware, a stand mixer, a hand mixer, cups, coffee mugs, and adult beverage glassware, and much more.
There’s a Roomy Living Room with a Sectional Couch, 3 Recliners, a Huge Wall-Mounted Vizio 65" 4K UHD TV with Apps, HD Cable w/ Premium movie channels as well as OnDemand access, and searchable Spectrum OnDemand movies, Blu-Ray 4K UHD fresh DVD player with Apps.
Beyond the patio door, you’ll savor calming on the 160 sq ft balcony, that has table seating for 6, watching the waves crash onto the Striking Beach, overlooking the Royale Palms Swimming Pool.
The Master Bedroom has a California King Size Bed, it’s own Balcony/Deck access, a Master Bathroom outfitted with a Jacuzzi Bathtub, a Substantial Glass and Tile Seated Shower with a magnetic massaging shower wand head, a toilet, and a double bowled Black Granite sink.
The North Guest Bedroom has 2 queen size beds with its own private bathroom. There’s a shower, toilet, and a single bowl Black Granite sink.
The South Bedroom has 2 queen size beds.
The Living Room has a full size sleeper couch bed.
All Bedrooms have wall mounted Vizio 55" 4K UHD TVs with Apps, HD Cable w/ Premium HD Movie Channels, Blu-Ray 4K UHD DVD players with Apps, dressers, bedside tables, and a dressing chair.
The Hallway Bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower with sliding glass doors, a toilet, and a single bowl black granite sink.
Our Powerful Broadband Internet Service has 600+ Mbps Download Speed, 20+ Mbps Upload Speed, throughout our Condo via the Wi-Fi and is also equipped with Gigabit speed (1,000 Mbps) Ethernet LAN RJ-45 wall ports in each Bedroom, the Kitchen, and on the back of the Wi-Fi Router in the Living Room. So you can connect your personal devices, Smartphones, Tablets, (Gaming Consoles, laptops, etc.… when connected via your CAT 5e, or CAT 6 LAN Ethernet cable), can get the Finest Full min. Speeds, upward of 650+ Mbps Download, and 21+ Mbps Upload.
