It’s Conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the Royale Palms Condominium Building.

Entering the Condo you’ll find:

The Laundry on your left.

The Thermostat, just turn the Ring to select the temperature.

The Dining Room table that seats 8, and the Breakfast Bar that seats 4.

The Kitchen, with all Stainless Steel Appliances, a Coffee Maker with a constructed in Keurig drink dispenser, a 4 Slice Toaster, a Knife Block, a Stoneware crock stuffed full of cooking silverware.

It’s a well outfitted kitchen, with place settings for 12. You can make a Simple Breakfast, to a Full Size Meal.

You’ll find all the pots, and pans, dishes, plenty of serving bowls and Plates, all kinds of Bakeware, a stand mixer, a hand mixer, cups, coffee mugs, and adult beverage glassware.

There’s a Roomy Living Room with a Sectional Couch, 3 Recliners, a Huge Wall-Mounted 65" 4K UHD TV with Apps, HD Cable w/ Premium movie channels as well as OnDemand access, and searchable Spectrum OnDemand movies, Blu-Ray 4K UHD fresh DVD player with Apps.
