Check out this newly refreshed 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath rental located at Golf Colony in Deerfield! This condo is located in the South Myrtle Beach / Surfside area. This location offers a break from the tourists and traffic, but is only 10 mins. to downtown Myrtle Beach, and only 2 miles to the ocean! This property will accommodate 5 guests comfortably!

Once inside the condo guests will notice the freshly updated luxury vinyl floor throughout the! Just beyond the entry way is the master suite. This bedroom is completely furnished with 1 king bed, a huge flat screen TV and a closet for storage. Guests will adore the vaulted ceilings, skylight and huge space this room offers. From the master bedroom you can access the jack-and-jill style bathroom. This bathroom features a gorgeous bespoke tiled shower with glass doors, a impressive vanity, and upgraded fixtures.

Across the hall guest will find the half bath with a bespoke tiled wall. This bathroom offers ideal access for convenience from kitchen and living room.

Beyond the hall is the Kitchen. This splendid kitchen has been newly updated with elegant granite counter tops, white cabinets with tons of storage space, all new stainless steel appliances, a pantry and a breakfast bar that can seat up to 4 guests! For guest who prefer to eat out there are many dining options within a short ride from the condo. Many eateries in the area offer delivery. Myrtle Beach and Surfside also offer food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Just off from the kitchen is the cavernous living room. The living room features a sizable queen sleeper couch, a twin sleeper chair, a enormous flat screen TV and access to the balcony. The balcony offers great vistas of the gated pool, palm trees and family grilling area. Also located on the balcony guest will find access to the laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests can expect to arrive to 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom, as well as all linens and linens.

Guests will have access to basic cable and wifi. Additionally, we have freshly lowered our cleaning fee from $110 to $100.
