The Space:
This completely modernized 8th floor King Suite oceanfront studio is located at the North end of the "Golden Mile," close enough to walk to local eateries and attractions without being in the thick of the hordes. It offers 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 full bathroom, and some of the best jaw-dropping vistas of the beach from its balcony. Equipped with a Intelligent TV, a basic kitchenette supplied with the essentials, a living room with a power recliner, and complimentary wifi access!

All suites managed by StayMareni have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in, just prior to your 4pm check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged).

Please note that items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not included by us but can typically be rented from a variety of vendors at the beach, subject to seasonality.

ADDITIONAL FEES: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional costs are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspection, and office teams and often inconvenience our next incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.

NON SMOKING: The Sand Dunes Resort is a smoke-complimentary / tobacco-complimentary Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.

NO FAMILY PETS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE UNIT: A pet remediation cost will be assessed, along with an additional cleaning fee of $250.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at the Patricia Grandiose allow them. Inquire with us directly for more information on the availability of these units.

Our suites are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect. All questions or requests must be made by contacting us, as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or any questions you may have.

Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this apartment is on the beach.
