Located in the peaceful Golden Mile area of Myrtle Beach, this 3rd floor Unit overlooks the pool and has an striking view of the ocean. It has been refreshed to include tile and laminate floors throughout, an expanded kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar, bespoke cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The primary bathroom has an updated shower and sink; Hall bath has updated tub/shower combo and sink. It also has central HVAC, a tankless water heater, and even full-sized washer and dryer.

Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools plus 1 kids pool in the complex. There are also 2 hot tub areas in the complex next to buildings C and E. Pools will be closed for the season on 15 November and re-open 15 March. 1 hot tub will remain open year round.

Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less busy than the enormous resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

New sizable TVs, electric fireplace, sleeper couch, new beds in 2023, and everything you need for the kitchen down to the Keurig machine. The balcony furnishings is bespoke poly lumber where you can savor morning coffee or dinner with a view.
