Make yourself at home while taking in the fresh air, vistas of the golf course in your private screened-in porch. With you in mind, I’ve tried to think of every detail to not only make you feel at home, but to also make your stay convenient, comfortable, and anxiety complimentary. So please, don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns as your stay and comfort is my priority.

This entirely furnished, 2BR/2BA, corner unit gives tons of natural light and privacy. You will have access to the entire condo.
Unit is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator).
Keyless lock for simple check-in.
Ring doorbell located on main door.

Primary bedroom with private bathroom is furnished with a king size bed, dresser, nightstands, chair and full length mirror. You will also find a ROKU TV, iron and ironing board in this bedroom.

Guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, dresser, nightstand and ROKU TV. Right outside this bedroom is the 2nd bathroom.

The Kitchen is completely equipped with a selection of spices, oils, cookware set, and silverware, to prepare and appreciate a full meal.

The dining/living area are fully furnished for your comfort and includes ROKU TV and boardgames.

Also supplied are complimentary WIFI, AC/heat, toiletries, TP, paper towels, linens, towels, blankets and other basic necessities. There are two ceiling fans located in the living area and primary bedroom. Both are controlled by remotes.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Please ensure that you do not leave any dirty dishes and throw away your trash.

HOME RULES:
Please be mindful of neighbors as the condo is located in a multi-unit building.

No family pets, no renters under 23, no events/gatherings, no loud music, no noise nuisance and/or no unauthorized overnight guests (4 guest limit).

No smoking of any kind, vaping and/or use of illicit/illegal drugs allowed in the unit or screened in porch.

Please do not tamper with the internet, TVs or Ring Camera.

Please be advised that any violations of home rules can be a cause to terminate your stay without a refund.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES:

A key card will be in the unit upon arrival and needs to be returned at the time of checkout.

PARKING:
There are no assigned parking spaces. Two car max. per reservation.

There will be 2 parking passes in the unit upon arrival. Parking passes must be displayed at all times while cars are parked on the property.

Please be advised that the 2 parking passes must be returned to the unit at check-out.

Please note that the HOA does not allow motorbikes, boats, trailers, campers/RVs, scooters or golf carts to be parked on the property at any time by rental guests. Towing can occur at your expense.
