Helpful Resort Information

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the 2nd Floor Front Desk; check-out is stringently 10:00 AM.

• Home Week Check-In Day: Saturday.

• Minimum Check-In Age: Primary registering guest must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Daily Resort Charge: Includes guest internet access, self-parking, 2 bottles of water daily, and local/1-800 calls. Price includes $15.00 USD resort charge per nighttime, but excludes taxes and government charges.

• Incidental Hold / Security Deposit: A $100 credit card authorization hold is required upon check-in.

• Parking Details: Self-parking is $25.00 per day (complimentary for Club Members); valet parking is $30.00 per day ($25 per day for HGV Club Members). Parking garage height limit is 7'1". Trailers, RVs, box trucks, upsized cars, and rooftop carriers are stringently prohibited. Motorcycle parking is limited.

• Late Arrival / No-Show Policy: Guests arriving after midnight must notify the front desk in advance to avoid reservation cancellation and no-show classification.

• Early / Late Check-Out Fees: Early check-out fee is $150.00. Late check-out fee is $100.00 (subject to availability; advance notice required).

House Rules / Policies

• 100% Smoke-Free Property: Non-smoking in guest suites, balconies, and public interior spaces. A fee of up to $500 will be assessed for smoking in non-designated areas.

• Strictly No Family Animals: Pets are not allowed on resort premises. Officially documented service animals are welcome.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an e-mail confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have supplied this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
