*Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

*Sheets and linens supplied.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are included for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Pool entry with pool key and bracelets only. The pool key and bracelets is in the kitchen drawer. Any missing pool key will be accompanied by $100 fee and pool bracelets by $20 for each bracelet.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary. 2 parking tags supplied. There is $20 fee for each missing/broken tag

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises

Handsome peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, impressive landscaping. Only few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, tons of eateries, outlets and nighttime clubs.

10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 min. From golf course.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
