3rd floor, pool view, Striking condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, mins. from the beach and all main attractions! Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 bath, Very roomy condo. 2 king beds. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics (condiments are not supplied). Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens included.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Family Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
**Pool entry with pool key and bracelets only. The pool key and bracelets is in the kitchen drawer. Any missing pool key will be accompanied by $100 fee and pool bracelets by $20 for each bracelet.
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is complimentary. 2 parking tags supplied. There is $20 fee for each missing/broken tag

This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, handsome landscaping. Only few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, tons of eateries, outlets and nighttime clubs.
10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 min. From golf course.
