It is located on the 11th floor of Boardwalk Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Just mins. away from Broadway at the Beach, Convention Center, Sports Center, and more. Entirely supplied kitchen ready to prepare in, jetted tub, and two queen-size beds. The Oceanfront living room with a couch bed has a separate door that can be closed and be used as a second bedroom.

The space:
Walk into this handsome suite and savor its many upgrades with tasteful furnishing. In the bedroom, you will find two queen-size beds, a dresser, and flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to prepare a meal when you decide not to go out. It has also been refreshed.
The oceanfront living room features impressive furnishings and decorations. To make your stay even more calming, there is a sleeper couch so we can accommodate comfortably up to 6 guests.

All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in by 4 pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are entirely furnished and equipped with basic kitchen silverware such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grandiose allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check-in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a modest fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not included by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desk will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of a mandatory evacuation order for our area, full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with a higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
