Located in the charming Magnolia Pointe community, you'll be just mins. from the beach, championship golf courses, eateries, shopping, and local attractions. The condo features an open-concept living area with plenty of natural light, a completely equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a private balcony overlooking the community.

Guests also have access to community amenities, including outdoor pools and walking paths. Animals are welcome with an additional pet fee.



The Space:

- Cavernous and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo

- Sleeping arrangements include 1 King bed and 3 Full beds

- Totally equipped kitchen with all the essential cookware and dishes

- In-unit washer and dryer

- Free high-speed WiFi and Intelligent TV

- Pet-friendly (pet fee applies). Please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing a pet. See House Rules for details.

- Bed linens and bath towels are included for all guests

- Bath towels are for indoor use only—please bring your own beach towels

- Beach equipment is not supplied due to frequent damage and loss



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands (8 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary. motorbikes and trailers are NOT allowed on premises.



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my home rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that family pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are included (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
