This beautiful oceanfront condo features 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The bedroom has 2 double beds, and there is a sleeper couch in the living room, accepting sleeping space for up to 6 people. The kitchenette is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, hot plate and microwave accepting for the ease of preparing homemade meals during your stay. There is a comfortable dining area with seating up to 4 people. Soak up the sun by the broad outdoor communal pool. This condo is just steps from the beach!

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the private condo as well as the pool area with vending and ice machines.
Paid laundry washers & dryers on 3rd, 7th & 11th floors.
One parking spot available. Please notify the host in advance if arriving with more than 1 car.

Other Things to Note:
You will be included with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 3:30 pm. It is a self-check in with a intelligent lock.

No family pets.
No smoking.
No motorbikes or cars pulling trailers are allowed at St John’s Inn.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Booking event must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
