Cozy Cottage is located within the The Cottages of Gleneagles, a BRAND-NEW community located inside of the 1,300 acres gated Legends Golf Resort, with a enchanting ambiance all around it. Surrounded with the club home pool, hot tub and playgrounds, The Famous Ailas Pub and so much more. This property is very convenient to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

The Space:
BED & BATH

The Master Suite has a King Size Bed, dresser, two nightstands, huge walk-in closet, flat screen TV with cable access and a en-suite private bathroom featuring a luxury standing tiled shower with a glass door and enclosure, double sink vanity and private toilet room with door.

The 2nd guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, nightstand table sitting chair and closet. The 3rd guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, nightstand table and closet. The second full size bathroom is in the hall between the 2 guest bedrooms.

LIVING AREA

Appreciate our cavernous living room complete with a super comfortable couch featuring a couch bed a adore seat, coffee table, two end tables with lamps and a sizable flat screen TV on our impressive TV stand. We also have a BRAND-NEW Full-size Washer and Dryer in the laundry room with a shelving unit above the washer and dryer to hang your non dryer items.

KITCHEN & DINING

Our Striking completely equipped; entirely outfitted kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals if you decide to dine in while you are on vacation. Featuring BRAND-NEW stainless-steel appliances (gas stove, oven, microwave, double sided refrigerator with bottom pull out freezer & dishwasher), a Keurig coffee machine. Our kitchen features a eat at bar with barstools and a breakfast nook inside the kitchen with a round dining table that will accommodate 2 guests, along with a modest desk space you can work at as well.

When it's time to dine, savor our dining room table with seating to accommodate up to 6 guests. We have an added plus in the kitchen with an attached breakfast bar & barstools complete with seating for 4 guests and our breakfast nook complete with table and seating for 2 guests.


PATIO & BACKYARD

Savor your days/evenings on our covered patio complete with a table and chairs as well as a BBQ Grille for your outdoor cooking & calming needs. There is also a modest backyard for the kids to appreciate playing while the adults are grilling out.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES PROVIDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and numerous trash bags.

If the home/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Guest Access:
Keypad Entry for convenient self check-in

- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival roughly around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.


PARKING:

- You MUST ONLY park in the driveway. There are ONLY 2 cars are allowed for this property.

- NO STREET PARKING ACCEPTED!

- NO PARKING or DRIVING IN THE LAWN!

- No Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV's allowed!

Being a guest in Cozy Cottage, you get to enjoy all the Legends Golf Resort Conveniences & Clubhouse. Centrally located just off Highway 501 in Myrtle Beach, the Heathland, Moorland, and Parkland courses are located within the Scottish-inspired Legends Golf Resort facility. Legends Golf Resort offers 5 of the Finest Championship Golf Courses available in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding states of South Carolina and North Carolina. We are just 5 miles from all the great beaches as well as everything Myrtle Beach has to offer without staying in all the congestion.

At the main entrance of Legends Golf Resort which off US HWY. 501 you will find a variety of Eateries like (Outback Steakhouse, The Grumpy Monk, Olive Garden, Buffalo Wild Wings, Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux), Grocery stores (Kroger and Publix) and The Tanger Outlets.

Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are super convenient to get to from the Legends Golf Resort. There is definitely something for everybody in the family. So, whether you’re a golfer, water enthusiast, or just enjoy spending a day at the beach, renting a home at Legends is just the place for you.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.

- NO Smoking: NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE on resort property, this includes balconies and pool decks.

- Family Animals: NO FAMILY PETS are allowed in the resort; this is an HOA regulation and is stringently enforced.

- Events/Enormous groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Extensive events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

**YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home--NO EXCEPTIONS!!!**

- Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!!

- Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We must have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

** All Pool Cards must be returned to home or $50.00 replacement fee will be charged.

- Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

- Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- An EXTRA charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of!!

- Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

-Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
