Head to Myrtle Beach for a outstanding stay at this Renovated Home 3 Blocks Away From the Beach! This Getaway offers 2 roomy bedrooms, fascinating living room, kitchen area and bathroom.

Only a block away from eateries, coffee stores and entertainment! Only a short drive away from the Broadway at the beach or Downtown.

NOTE: The reservation doesn't include private attached studio at the back. Parking is shared. Patio located to the side there is no direct access (door) to the main home.

Your Property:

The space was newly modernized so everything is new. You can savor a cavernous kitchen, bathroom and living room. Space is super comfortable and it has a nice porch at the front where you can appreciate the sunrise.

Guest Access:

Super painless to get around the area. There are great breakfast places that you can go walking or with a very modest drive. Downtown and other events and festivals are very close by and it should only be an short drive to where you need to go.

The only area that is shared with a little guest suite at the back of the home is parking. There is ample of parking at the front of the main home. We recommend parking on the concrete pad.

When you book this fabulous property it includes the entire main home, porch and 2 parking spaces and a patio at the back.

Please note that there is a guest suite at the back of the property that is NOT included in the reservation. The guest suite is attached to the main home but it has it's own private access. Currently friendly tenants live in that part of the property.
