The kitchen area is also located in the living area as well. The kitchenette features full-size appliances, refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. In the Summer of 2020, the floors in the hallway, kitchen, and living area were completely redone. The carpet was removed and new, laminate floor was installed!

The Association will be conducting an important structural repair to the parking garage commencing on Monday, November 1, 2021. The repair will require that the parking garage above floor 2 be closed off to vehicular traffic. This will mean that there are only roughly 50 parking spaces available in the parking garage for 5 to 10 days. Please make arrangements to inform your guests and rental companies immediately of this inconvenience.
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! Tips and Tricks to get the perfect vacation home experience:
When to book & When to go:
- The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
- Summertime is high season in Myrtle Beach. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
- Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
- Property managers often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines have offers and deals for nearby tours and attractions.
Planning, selecting, and booking yourvacation home:
- First and foremost, have your group decide on vacation dates and a maximum budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration your group needs. Direct Oceanfront 1BR 1BA~Beach Colony 403 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
- Precise details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always available on booking pages. Otherwise, contact the property manager before you reserve the vacation home. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Some rentals allow pets, and some do not. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the property management company about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
- Are you visiting for a specific attraction or event? Try a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.
More considerations:
- Put the owner's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let thieves ruin your vacation.
- To make sure that damages aren't linked to your family's stay, inspect for any problem areas when you arrive. E-mail the rental manager immediately to relay any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers disrupting your life at home. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to stimulate new bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience find their best vacation rental. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
