Welcome to 510 South Hampton – this direct ocean front, completely modernized and expertly decorated condo is an getaway getaway! With 2 balconies, the living room is bathed in sunlight all day long and has extraordinary direct ocean front and south facing vistas of the Atlantic. This space has all new furnishings and was decorated with functional beauty in mind. The dining area is open to both the living room and kitchen, has its own balcony and a table with seating for 6. The completely refreshed and redesigned kitchen is entirely open and features brand new everything – all new cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and is also fully supplied with all cookware and cooking silverware needed to make striking meals! The primary bedroom is rather cavernous, it features a private, ocean front balcony, 2 queen beds and an amazingly refreshed ensuite with a double vanity and sizable shower. The guest bedroom also has a private ocean view balcony, 2 queen beds and a delightfully updated ensuite, this one with a tub/shower combo. This pretty condo has brand new everything - floors, paint, furnishings, all appliances (including the washer and dryer), and even the HVAC system! We are ready to host you for a excellent beach vacation!!

CDC CLEANING AND DISINFECTING
NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. Gloves and masks are worn at all times and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.
