INTERACTION WITH HOST
We respect your privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present on-site during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs you may have. Please feel complimentary to reach out to us through the messaging platform at any time.

* Check-In: Detailed check-in instructions, including your unique keyless entry code, will be sent to you via the messaging platform 30 mins. prior to your scheduled check-in time on your arrival day.

* Parking: Please be aware there is ONLY ONE parking space available for the condo. Unregistered cars are subject to towing at the owner`s expense.

* Specialty Vehicles: Please be aware that, per Grande Cayman Resort policy, motorbikes and trailers are stringently not allowed on the premises.

* Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be finished within one hour of booking. This includes a mandatory, non-returnable $35 damage protection fee that covers accidental damages up to $1,000, eliminating the need for a huge security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason prices are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
• No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on balconies and $200 cleaning fee will be assessed to the guest if there is evidence of smoking in the room.
• Follow all resort and HOA rules during your stay
• Please treat the condo with care and respect
• Dishes that are used must be cleaned and put away to avoid additional charges.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-returnable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-complimentary stay for everybody.
