Located on the second floor in the sought after Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach, this inviting condo offers the ideal blend of relaxation and convenience. Just a short walk down the breathtaking sidewalks leads you to the shining Atlantic Ocean. Tucked away in a relaxing area, you’ll appreciate the calm ambiance away from the hordes yet still just mins. from all the excitement the Grandiose Strand is known for. Whether you're craving world class golf, fresh seafood, shopping, or family friendly attractions, it’s all within reach.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



Parking: Painless access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Stairs required - 2nd floor unit! Self check-in with keypad. There is a ring camera outside the property, above the front door.



Kitchen: Entirely outfitted - includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Sleeper couch! Access to sizable screened in patio via back doors.



Bedroom: Queen bed.



Bathroom: Full bathroom.



Patio: Roomy! Overlooks a modest complex pool.



Pool/hot tubs/amenities: The complex has an indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor swimming pool - all while being just a short walk to the beach.



Beach: Walk out of the community towards the ocean. Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private in condo.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex (pools/hot tub).

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Max guest count is 4.



No family pets allowed.



Routine Pest Control happens every month on the 3rd Wednesday. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not supplied, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
