Plenty of comfortable seating outside on the huge wraparound balcony, directly off the living room and master bedroom as well as one of the guest bedrooms. Additionally, the 3rd bedroom has access to a private balcony to savor the afternoon sun or take in a spectacular sunset. The ideal bookends to a day at the beach.

Please Note:
Guests of Prista Vacation Units can enjoy the heated bi-level pool and hot tub at Margate Tower (year-round). However, the resort exercise center facilities, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools located throughout Kingston Plantation are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.

HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT allowed inside the condo or out on the balcony. Family Animals are not allowed at any time.

Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart units to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the exercise center. Trailer parking is NOT allowed at any time.

• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
• Did your group have a fantastic stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
