Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:
- 8 bath towels

- 1 toilet paper per bathroom

A departure clean is included in your stay.
There are laundry facilities on-site in each building.

* All guests staying will have access to every amenities (when open).
* The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round)
* The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated.
* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.
* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.

Prices do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 25. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-event payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

Beginning January 1st, 2025 a parking fee of $5 per car/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by Myrtle Beach Management.

Guests are not allowed to bring a trailer on the property except during the official Myrtle Beach BIKE WEEK (Spring: May 9-18 Fall: Sept. 26- Oct. 5) and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. There is a charge of $100 per trailer per week and an additional $5 per bicycle per day.

Get the most from your budget:

• In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
• Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, travel guides have deals for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.

If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
