2nd floor (must climb stairs) Charming condo at Fairways River Oaks. constructed around the River Oaks Golf Club grounds, just off international drive, 15 minuets drive from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, Cozy condo. 2 queen bed, Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room leads to the balcony.
Sheets and linens included. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Animals are not allowed.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Access the pool with wristbands (4 wristbands and parking tag are hanging in the hallway) All 4 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
