Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room leads to the balcony.

*Sheets and linens supplied.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Animals are not allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are supplied for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Access the pool with wristbands (4 wristbands and parking tag are hanging in the hallway) All 4 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your car.

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

In addition to the countless attractions close by, magnificant shopping venues like Tanger Outlets and Coastal Grand Mall and hundreds of area eateries are located close by River Oaks.
