First Floor, Handicapped Accessible, Sensational, very clean 2 bed/2 bath end unit, completely furnished condo located mins. from the beach, shopping, and attractions. End unit with tons of windows and light It is a one mile drive to the beach. This unit is Building 45. Laminate floors in main areas (kitchen, living room, dining room) and new carpeting in both bedrooms. We welcome your dog with a non-returnable fee of $150, and look forward to hosting you. You will receive the door keypad code 3 days prior to your arrival.

This unit is currently for sale. Any showings would be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the guests permission. We want your stay to be calming and delightful and we make you the priority! rest assured we go to great lengths to avoid any interruptions.

This is an end unit, with handsome outdoor vistas from your patio. The complex has 5 pools for your use. There is (1) FOB's in the cabinet next to the stove. They allow (5) guests per FOB to the pools, and you must carry it with you. Please don't lose it or we must charge $100 for its replacement.

Moments away from Broadway at the Beach, as well as Barefoot Resorts, Tanger Outlets. Elegantly maintained and cleaned meticulously.. Located in Myrtle Wood/Magnolia Place, right off of 38th and 17th Bypass. It is roughly 6 blocks to the beach. Golfer's Delight, Family Friendly, Kid Friendly. . Must be 21 or over, unless special arrangements are approved.

Check in is 3 pm, check out is 10 am. If you need special arrangements, please let me know prior to booking to make sure we can accommodate your needs.
