This 11th-floor unit features striking South-facing vistas and offers 1 king bed, 1 full-size sleeper couch, private balcony, cable TV, resort wifi, dining table, and adjustable AC/Heat. This apartment will comfortably accommodate 2 guests in the king bed, and 2 additional guests on the sleeper couch. If you're planning your next vacation, unit 51105 is ideal for a couple or modest family looking to savor a nice, clean, refreshed rental. If more space is needed, rent this room AND others at the SAME resort, possibly even the SAME floor (ask us how)!
Aside from the charming room, guests will also have access to a full bathroom with vanity, upsized mirror, towels, and starter toiletries. Our guests also appreciate having access to a full kitchen within the apartment. The full kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and kitchen sink. The kitchen is completely supplied with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you will need to prepare! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of amazing dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very fashionable and convenient options as well.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really adore the space, and we enjoy the fact that they treat it as if it were there own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate for the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
Free Wi-fi and Cable are available.
Smoking AND Vaping are not allowed.
Unfortunately, all pools are currently unavailable for guest use with no anticipated reopening date.

Strategies to get the optimal rental experience:
How to get the best value:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
- Summertime is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, consider changing your family's Myrtle Beach trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, , and reduced traffic.
- Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guides contain coupons for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Filter your search:
- Choose vacation dates and spending budget.
- Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Fully Updated King Suite~Sea Mist 51105 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts is almost always available on booking websites. Otherwise, reach out to the property management company before reserving the vacation property. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds. You'll need to work out what is right for your trip.
- Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Additional pet fees or applied to your agreement.
- Looking for particular amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the perfect rental.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental
Additional considerations:
- Take a copy of the host's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental. We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Hosts are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would back home.
- Note any damages to the property during check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome visitors bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have never otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did you have a great stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
