Savor your private balcony overlooking the ocean view or kick back and relax on the sleeper couch and pair of armchairs in the living room. Watch a new movie on the 42” TV with a DVD player. Prepare delectable meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. When it’s time to eat, dine at the four-seat table.

This single-level home sleeps up to eight guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper couch in the living room. Each bedroom includes a 32” cable TV with a DVD player. Tuck into a comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, complete with direct balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features two full-size beds, and the guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Free Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer are included. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the complex’s parking garage. Please note that there is limited parking for upsized cars. This unit is located on the third floor. Elevators are available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
