Located at the oceanfront Beach Colony Resort, with resort luxury access that includes two heated outdoor pools, a lazy river, indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a kids's pool, an indoor pool, exercise center, arcade room, grilling area, on-site dining, and direct beach access.

Savor your private balcony overlooking the ocean view or kick back and relax on the sleeper couch and pair of armchairs in the living room. Watch a new movie on the 42” TV with a DVD player. Prepare delectable meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. When it’s time to eat, dine at the four-seat table.

This single-level home sleeps up to eight guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper couch in the living room. Each bedroom includes a 32” cable TV with a DVD player. Tuck into a comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, complete with direct balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features two full-size beds, and the guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Free Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer are supplied. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the complex’s parking garage. Please note that there is limited parking for upsized cars. This unit is located on the third floor. Elevators are available.
