Summary:
A pretty first floor golf condo that is located in a highly desired golf area - Magnolia Pointe in Myrtle Beach! It is a peaceful complex located roughly 2-3 miles from our handsome beaches! You will savor spending your vacation in this refreshed condo surrounded by greens, while only being a short drive away from our shoreline. This is the ideal spot for a family or couple golf/beach hideaway!

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!

Parking: Simple access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 1st floor unit. No stairs required! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Totally supplied - includes cups, plates, silverware, keurig coffee maker along with drip coffee maker, pots and pans, and more!

Family room: Appreciate the open concept with plenty of seating. Pond vistas!

Bedroom 1: King bed with a TV & pond vistas.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Shower/Tub.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed. TV.

Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and hallway. Step in shower.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds. TV with Roku.

Porch: Nice seating area to appreciate the fresh air and pond vistas. Complex charcoal grille close by!

Pools: There are numerous unheated pools around the complex pond that are open year round.

Extra amenities: Beach chairs, umbrella, beach caddie, toys and a set of golf clubs.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the highly recognized golf courses close by (additional costs apply). Pack n Play and high chair are available for your use in the condo.

This unit is in the ideal area of Myrtle Beach. It’s a family friendly golf complex that is within a fast drive to the beach along with all of the most fashionable attractions!

3 miles to Broadway at the Beach. 4 miles to Ripken Feel.

Getting Around:
Painless access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking tons, grounds, etc.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

  • Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself.
